Health and Safety in the Schools
We hope to provide information about our Health and Safety program, as well as provide our staff and students with resources for maintaining a safe and healthy environment. The District's goal is simple: to protect the health and safety of our employees, students, and community.
Indoor Air Quality Staff Surveys
Maintaining indoor air quality requires an ongoing commitment by everyone in our schools. Each of us daily makes decisions and performs activities that affect the quality of the air we breathe. You can make an important contribution to improving indoor air quality by filling out the Indoor Air Quality Staff Surveys (checklists) if you feel that you have an indoor air quality issue/concern in your area (please note that there are different checklists for each of several different job classifications).
If you choose to fill out a checklist, please print it off, complete it, and return it to the Safety Committee Representative in your building. The information that you provide will help to pinpoint problem areas so that we can better plan/prioritize any needed IAQ projects (ventilation improvements, mold abatement, etc.).
